Well, its been over a month since I quit my job at West Point. For the first 4 weeks, I was mostly on the road and more busy than at any other time of the year. First I was in Columbus, OH at the USATF Jr. National Champs where my company was running the High Performance Center for the emerging junior athletes there. Then I had 2-3 days off before heading out to Eugene, OR for 2 weeks for the Olympic Trials. I had 3 athletes competing out...
